陳丹瑩

中微半導體設備（上海）股份有限公司工藝主任工程師

陳丹瑩，主要研究方向為氮化鋁薄膜的高溫化學氣相沉積。博士畢業后，她在法國國家科學研究中心-SIMaP實驗室繼續從事碳化硅薄膜CVD生長的科研工作。2021年加入中微半導體設備（上海）股份有限公司后主要從事AMEC MOCVD產品的工藝開發工作。憑借在化合物半導體技術、材料表征和數值模擬方面的扎實知識，她參與開發了AMEC用于碳化硅外延的CVD系統的工藝開發，主要負責實現低缺陷密度、高生長速率及摻雜控制。
